Welcome to A Single Pebble. Our dining service is in keeping with the more traditional ways of China, where each dish is prepasred individually to order and brought immediately to your table. All of our dishes are complementary, a marriage of flavors and textures. We do not use MSG in the preparation of any of our dishes. Lunch: Monday through Friday, 11:30am - 12:45pm.
