Select this option if you want to register for NEWCA but you or your college will mail your registration fees. Your registration fees must be paid by April 1, 2008.

*** After April 1st, please register online now, and bring your check with you to the NEWCA Conference.

Registration Fees:

Full-Time Faculty/Professional at $95 (includes meals and NEWCA membership)
Part-Time Faculty/Professional at $65 (includes meals and NEWCA membership)
Student at $40 (includes meals and NEWCA membership)
NEWCA membership at $15 (to maintain membership if not attending the conference)

Consider Joining the NEWCA Steering Committee!

The NEWCA Steering Committee plans the annual conference, facilitates communication with IWCA, and develops additional resources for NEWCA members.  This committee meets three times a year—in March directly following the conference, in June, and in January.  In March, the NEWCA Steering Committee and Subcommittees will have a number of openings.

Scholarship applications are now closed.

We are happy to have received so many outstanding applications and will be notifying winners shortly. Recipients will be recognized at the conference. Please apply again next year.

The NEWCA Steering Committee has two scholarship funds available to NEWCA presenters.  Each award is set at $200 and winners are selected based on their presentations’ contribution to writing center practice and research.
